A byproduct of A.D.D.

After wearing out this classifier, it needed reengineering. Headed to Ace hardware the classifier in hand. Being in middle TN., everyone wanted to help (bother:)) me while I was seeking out pieces to rig it up. I settled on 6-1" screws, 6-3/8"x1/2" roll pins, and 2 kinds of locking nuts. Once home, I actually used a dozuki saw to cut up the old pegs so that it would sit deeper. I then drilled out holes under them so that the roll pin would be supported by the screw and the pegs. Then threaded the bolts through, slid on the roll pin, and screwed on the nuts. I was careful to align everything so that the bottom surface would be smooth. Then I used hot glue to sure anything up and fill any space above the roll pin. This thing is actually so fast that I did it immediately to my new Keene on. It spins like a Technics 1200 turntable. We load tons in it and mix it down with ease. digi
